ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
The requirement for admission into all science programmes is a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in group (optional) subjects in the qualifying examination. The requirements of individual programmes are given in the website

DETAILS OF THE TESTS
The conventional multiple choice type tests of one hour duration will be conducted at : Bhimavaram, Bhubaneswar, Berhampur, Eluru, Guntur, Hyderabad, Kakinada, Khammam, Kurnool, Nizamabad, Ongole, Raipur, Rajahmundry, Rayagada, Srikakulam, Tirupathi, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Vizianagaram and Warangal.

HOW TO APPLY
Applications can be downloaded from GITAM website www.gitam.edu. by entering the DD number in the appropriate column (DD for Rs.300/- drawn in favour of GITAM UNIVERSITY payable at Visakhapatnam on any scheduled bank.) (or) can also be obtained by post from Director- Admissions sending a request on a plain paper giving the candidate's name and mailing address together with a DD for Rs.400/- (includes test fee and postal charges) drawn in favour of GITAM UNIVERSITY payable at Visakhapatnam on any scheduled bank. Candidates appearing for more than one test need to submit separate application along with DD towards the prescribed fee of Rs.300/- for each test. The filled in applications along with the necessary certificates should be sent to the Director-Admissions, GITAM UNIVERSITY, Gandhi Nagar Campus, Rushikonda, Visakhapatnam-530 045, A.P., India on or before 09.04.2009.
