Candidates desirous of joining the 2-Year full-time program MBA in Power Management of NPTI for the academic session 2009-11 have to necessarily appear for the CAT-2008 exam (for Non-sponsored category) being conducted by IIMs on 16th November 2008 at various centres across India.

OBJECTIVE:
This is a pioneering venture of two years duration to develop world-class Business Managers with a thorough understanding of Power Sector.
ELIGIBILITY:
B.E. or equivalent (General - 60% Marks in aggregate of all Semesters, SC/ST- Min. Pass Marks)
SELECTION: CAT Score followed by GD and Interview at NPTI, Faridabad. SEBs, Utilities and Private Sector Organizations may also sponsor candidates. Sponsored Candidates need not appear for CAT examination.
PLACEMENT: NPTI maintains close linkages with Power Industry to facilitate Placement. Application form along with the Prospectus can be obtained in cash from NPTI, Faridabad or by post from Principal Director (CAMPS), NPTI, Sector- 33, Faridabad-121 003, Haryana by sending a crossed demand draft for Rs. 1000/- (Rs.500/- for SC/ST & Rs.250/- for Haryana SC/ST candidates) in favour of National Power Training Institute payable at Faridabad on or before 23rd February, 2009. The Application Form can also be downloaded from the web site of NPTI at www.npti.nic.in and may be sent alongwith requisite Demand Draft. Filled-in applications may be sent to Principal Director, (CAMPS), National Power Training Institute, NPTI Complex, Sector-33, Faridabad-121003, Haryana to reach on or before 23-2-2009.
