MASTER OF COMPUTER APPLICATIONS (MCA)
Affiliation: The Cochin University of Science and Technology and All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
Duration: 3 years (6 semesters)
No. of Seats 60
Eligibility: Any graduate with Mathematics as one of the main or subsidiary subjects or graduate in electronics/ Computer science/ Computer applications/ Engineering Technology with agregate of 55% marks in all subjects other than languages and humanities.

Merit Seats: (30 Seats). Based on the Common Admission Test (CAT) conducted by Cochin University of Science and Technology for admission to MCA program. Please refer to the announcement by Cochin University of Science and Technology inviting application for Common Admission Test (CAT) 2008 in leading News papers.(Website www.cusat.ac.in ).

Management Seats: (30 Seats). Based on the mark obtained in the Common Admission Test (CAT) conducted by Cochin University of Science and Technology., and interviews to be conducted by the college. Appear for the Common admission Test and Apply separately to our college in the prescribed application. Application forms can be obtained from the college office on payment of Rs 300/- in cash or crossed DD (by post) drawn in favour of KVM College of Engineering & IT payable at any nationalized bank at Cherthala.

Selection Procedure:
Students who have appeared for Common Admission Test conducted by CUSAT may apply.

Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in any branch of life sciences including Agricultural and Medical Sciences/ Chemical Sciences/ Chemical Engg wih minimum of 55% marks in aggregate Preference will be given to candidates who have appeared for CAT conducted by Cochin University of Science and Technology.

Affiliation: Approved by the Cochin University of Science and Technology.
Duration: 2 years (4 semesters)
No. of Seats: 20
Eligibility: Graduates in Science, Engineering / Technology or Graduates in Applied arts such as BFA, Bachelor of Journalism, BA Visual Communication, BA Communicative English, BA Visual Media and BCA with minimum 55% marks.
Placement:
After completion, Students may seek placement at Television Channels, Video Production Homes, Multimedia Production Companies, Animation Production Homes, Design Consultancies, Movie Production, IT enabled institutions etc.
