Objectives: The Post Graduate Diploma in Management (CRM) aims to:

• Prepare for managing customer operations for financial services, banks, telecom, airlines, hotels, pharmaceuticals, health care, retailing etc.
Eligibility: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (10+2+3) in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks from a recognized Indian or Foreign University. Candidates in their final year of the Bachelor’s degree are also eligible to apply.
Admission Procedure: Apeejay School of Management considers CAT score for its PGDM programme and CAT / MAT / XAT / GMAT scores for admission to its specialized PGDM programmes: PGDM–CRM and PGDM-IB. The admissions are based on the following parameters:
. Graduation / Post Graduation degree percentage
. CAT / MAT / XAT / GMAT admission test score
. Group Discussion and Personal Interview performance
