Applications are invited form candidates for doctoral (Ph.d.) course in Bio-Nano, Nano Technology related researches conducting under monbukagakusho fellowship program. Bio Nano Electronics Research Center has been selected as the 21st century’s center of excellence and one amoung the 13 nano tech support centers in Jappan. Candidates who had obtained masters degree with first class in the following disciplines such as Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology and Materials science are eligible to apply for this Ph.D. program.
