ASSOCIATE FELLOW OF INDUSTRIAL HEALTH (A.F.I.H) 2008
Applications are invited for admission to the Post-Graduate Certificate course in Industrial Health leading to the award of ASSOCIATE FELLOW OF INDUSTRIAL HEALTH (AFIH) which fulfils the industries, as required under the Factories (Amendment) Act, 1987.
This Institute’s faculty is drawn from Collegium Ramazzini (http://www.collegiumramazzini.org); Drexel University, School of Public Health, Philadelphia; University Hospital, Birmingham and Hebrew University Israel.
DURATION: 1st April, 2008 to 30th June, 2008
ELIGIBILITY: (1) MBBS Degree form an Institution recognized by the Medical Council of India (2) Completion of Internship (3) Permanent Registration with the State Medical Council/Medical Council of India. (4) Minimum one year experience in Industry/Occupational health work or 2 years in general practice after completion of internship.

Application forms and other details can be obtained from the office of the Programme Director/Member Secretary, sending a self addressed duly stamped (Rs.5/-) envelop (24cm x 11cm) Applications, completed in all respects along with necessary enclosures should reach the office of Programme Director,/member Secretary latest by 18th February, 2008. Application working in /Govt. Public sector undertaking/Autonomous Bodies etc. should apply through proper channel. Incomplete applications will be summarily rejected. The prospectus and applications forms are also available in person, at the above address.
The College has Limited Hostel Accommodation available for out station candidates.
