PRESENTING IFBI'S INDUSTRY - RELEVANT CAREER PROGRAMS IN BANKING AND FINANCE
Recognising the need for skilled manpower in the exponentially growing Banking, Insuranfe and Financeial sercices Industry in India, NIIT, Asia's No.1 IT trainer, set up the Institute of Finance, Banking and Insurance (IFBI). IFBI Programs in the Modern Financial Sector
In the Modern economic reform focuses on the wide ranging reforms in the financial sector covering Banking, Insurance, Financial markets, Trade, Taxation etc. And these aspects have been a major catalyst in strengthening the fundamentals of the Indian Economy. The Financial sector reforms have resulted in the rapid growth of New Private sector banks and emergence of Private players in Life and Non-Life Insurance sector. And also, the limits to growth of the financial services sector in India can come from scarcity of talent at entry level and in re-skilling existing professionals with skill sets and personality attributes quite different from the past.IFBI's Programs will create a confident, young professionals possessing knowledge, attitude and skills for the modern Banking, Financial services and Insurance sectors.

THE POST-GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN BANKING OPERATIONS - PGDBO
The Post Graduate Diploma in Banking Operations (PGDBO) is a 6-month full-time program that aims to create industry-ready professionals at an entry-level, endowed with the knowledge, skills and attitudes of Modern Banking.
Internship: Three months of classroom training are followed by three months of supervised Internship at a Bank. This Internship component is evaluated, and forms part of the requirements for successful completion of the PGDBO. On one hand the Internship component ensures the integration of all knowledge and skills acquired, and on the other, becomes the live practice-ground for application-orientation, IT applications and customer-servicing.
ELIGIBILITY: Fresh graduates OR Graduates with less than six months of field experience in banking or financial services.

THE POST-GRADUATE CERTIFICATE IN RETAIL BANKING - PGCRB
Post Graduate Certificate in Retail Banking (PGCRB) is a 5 month program specially created for Final Year students/Working professionals, thus creating first-day-first-hour industry ready entry-level professionals for the banking sector.
ELIGIBILITY: Final year graduates OR Fresh graduates OR Graduates with less than two years of field experience in banking.

THE POST-GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN FINANCIAL PLANNING - PGDFP
Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning(PGDFP) is a 6 month full-time program with 3 months of full-time classwork and 3 months of supervised internship. It aims to create industry ready professionals at entry level endowed with knowledge, skills and attitudes required for financial planning and wealth management through relationship management.
Internship: Three months of classroom training are followed by three months of Supervised Internship at financial services organization. This Internship component is evaluated, and forms part of the requirements for successful completion of the PGDFP. On one hand the Internship component ensures the integration of all knowledge and skills acquired, and on the other, becomes the live practice-ground for application-orientation, IT applications and customer-servicing.
ELIGIBILITY: Fresh graduates OR Graduates with less than two years of field experience in banking or financial services OR Aspirants for a financial planning career with less than two years of experience who are graduates.
