The norms would be the marks secured in the higher secondary board examinations and the marks obtained from competitive exams such as TNPCEE.Diploma Holders:Diploma Holders seeking an admission to B.E/B.Tech courses should have the following minimum aggregate in the 5th & 6th semesters. For Diploma holders (Second year admission) there will be no qualifying age limit.Candidates other than SC/ST: Candidates belonging to communities other than SC/ST should have passed the qualifying examination in not more than 2 appearances and only the first improvement will be considered.
