Division place and percentage of masks obtained in Engr.degree indicating details calculation (marks obtained/full marks)including attested copies of age proof from school/board, mark sheet of 10th,12th std. or diploma, all semester of degree course. AICTE for approval of course of the college, Police verification certificate of the candidate from permanent address area, caste certificate from competent authority. The attested copy of documents/testimonials of the candidate should reach on or before 31st December 2008 to C.G.M/ (TTC) along with a DD of Rs.1000/- as application fee from any bank in favor of Garden reach shipbuilders and engineers ltd. Admission will be made as per DG Shipping Guidelines and 50 candidates will be admitted In case of availability of seats, the candidates may be admitted unto 21st Februaryy 2009. Subject to fulfillment of all the criteria for admission and ass first come first serve basis against availability of seats. Training fees Rs.100000/-inclusive of all taxes and duties (non-residential. on refundable) for one year course to be paid through DD in favor of Garden Reach shipbuilders and engineers ltd; on any bank payable at kolkata on selection of the candidates at the time of joining. Fees for Basic modular course, obtaining CGC, INDOS no & cost of TAR Book and Training Manual will be borne by candidate seprarately.

Training certificate on successful completion of training will be awarded to the each candidate “ The successful completion of this course does not guarantee on board training, which is mandatory for employment”.

Women Scientist Scholarship Scheme

Eligibility:

1. Candidates should be M.Sc./Ph.D. in physical sciences, chemical sciences, life sciences or B.Tech or B.E./ M.Tech or MBBS/MS/MD/MVSc/BPharma/MPharma with good academic record. Candidates with higher qualification can also apply.
2. Candidates should have a good familiarity with computers in handling databases, surfing the net and information searches.
3. Candidates with research experience, preparing project reports and experience of thesis writing will be preferred.

Age : Candidates should not be more than 50 years of age.

Scholarships: The scholarships will be admissible for a period of one year and the amount of scholarship will be maximum of Rs.10000/- per month for candidates having MSc or BTech OR MBBS or BPharma and maximum of Rs.15000 pr month for PhD/MTech/MPharmaMVSc and MS/MD.
