Masters in Medical Science and Technology(MMST)is a unique 3 year programme for Medical graduates(MBBS degree recognized by Medical Council of India), with aptitude for interdisciplinary medical research and applicationof technology in medicine. All the candidates admitted to the programme are offered an assistantship of Rs.15000/-pm . Seats are reserved for SC/ST/OBC(non-creamy)candidates and persons with disability(PD)as per Govt.of India rules. MMST2009 application can be submitted only by an ONLINE process(internet based)by accessing the website gate.iitkgp.ac.in/mmst during 2 February- 6 March, 2009. The candidate should first pay the non refundable application fee of Rs.1000 (Rs.500 for SC/ST/PD catergory)by obtaining a DD in favour of IIT Kharagpur payable at any nationalized bank in Karagpur, West Bengal. The draft details are required while filling up the online form. Candidates are required to take a print of the online application form after successful submission of data.
