Sri Venkedeswara Vedic University, Tirupathi, has invited applications for admission to UG/PG/Diploma/Certificate Courses for 2010-11. The Courses, eligibility and age limit are as follows.
(i) B.A. in Vedic Studies: Pass in 10+2 pattern or its equivalent qualification with Sanskrit, from any recognized institution. Applicant should be of minimum 17 years of age.
(ii) M.A. in Vedic Studies: Pass in Sastri/any Degree/its equivalent qualification with Sanskrit as a 2nd Language or as an elective, from a recognized University. Applicant should be of minimum 20 years of age.
(iii) Diploma (Evening Course) in Vastuviniyoga: Pass in Sastri /any Degree/its equivalent qualification from a recognized university. Preference will be given to Graduates in Science, Civil Engineering and Architecture. Employees can also apply. Applicant should be of minimum 20 years of age. (iv) Certificate Courses (Evening) in Vedic Mathematics: Pass in 10+2 pattern or its equivalent qualification. Employees can also apply. Applicant should be of minimum 17 years of age.

Application form can also be obtained by Post by sending a Demand Draft for Rs.150/- drawn in favour of 'The Registrar, S.V.Vedic University, Tirupathi'. There is no Application fee for SC/ST candidates.
