Lateral Engineering Entrance Test (PULEET – 2010),Punjab University



Panjab University invites applications for Lateral Engineering Entrance Test (PULEET – 2010) for admission to 2nd Year of B.E. Courses (Session 2010-11) at Chandigarh College of Engineering Technology (CCET), Sector 26, Chandigarh and Swami Sarvanand Giri Panjab University Regional Centre, Bajwara, Hoshiarpur, on 08-08-2010 (Sunday).


Eligibility Conditions
The lateral entry from Diploma to 2nd year of 4-year B.E. degree level would be open only to 3 year Diploma holders in corresponding discipline who have completed Matriculation Examination with Physics and Mathematics. In addition, the candidate must have obtained 60% marks in the aggregate in the
Diploma course as required by AICTE. Admission would be made on the basis of merit obtained in the Entrance Examination to be conducted by the Panjab University.

How to Apply?
Application Form alongwith Admit Card can be downloaded from University Website www.puchd.ac.in. In this case attach bank draft for Rs. 2500/- (Rs. 1250/- for SC/ST) drawn in favour of the Registrar, P.U., payable at Chandigarh, and two self addressed envelopes size 10”x4”, duly stamped for Rs. 22/- each.

A candidate desirous of taking the Entrance Test should send his/her application under registered cover or personally on the prescribed application forms. Application, complete in all respects, along with the requisite documents should be sent only in the prescribed envelope to:
