There are five blocks consisting of four boxes each given in the Form. Fill the codes of those five institutes only where you have applied or are applying for admission.

Test Centre City list is provided in the bulletin. Test Venues for Paper-Based Test and Computer Based Test are different.
The Paper-Based Test will take place only on one day i.e., 05 September 2010 at one time slot i.e., 10.00am-12.30pm, whereas the Computer Based Test will take place from 11 September 2010 onwards in different time slots.
If the number of candidates registered for Computer Based Test is few/limited, these candidates have to appear for the Paper-Based Test on 05 September 2010 only.
One candidate can appear only for one date for the September 2010 MAT.
Admit Card: All provisionally registered candidates can down load their Admit Card from AIMA website link: www.aima-ind.org/mat_centre.aspx 7 days before the Paper Based test date i.e., with effect from 28 August 2010 (Saturday).
Specific Admit Card will be generated both for the candidates opted for the Paper Based Test and for the Computer Based Test.
Admit Card would be having Candidate Name, Form No, Roll NO, Test Date, Test Time and Test Venue Address. Candidate has to strictly follow the date and time allotted to them in the case of Computer Based Test.
Candidates applied for Computer Based Test and who have been permitted to appear for the Computer Based Test; have to down load the Admit Card 7 days before the Paper Based Test date i.e., with effect from 28 August 2010 (Saturday) from AIMA website. Candidates accessing the website the earliest can choose the Date and Time of his/her choice subject to availability. Those who have not opted the date and time slot for 4-5 days; will be automatically allotted date and time slot by the system. No request for change of date and time slot can be entertained.

MBA(IB) Admission 2011 at Indian Institute of Foreign Trade
The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) was set up in 1963 by the Government of India as an autonomous organisation to help professionalise the country’s foreign trade management and increase exports by developing human resources; generating, analysing and disseminating data; and conducting research. Today it is one of India’s most prestigious business schools.
Eligibility : Recognized Bachelor’s degree of minimum 3 years duration in any discipline. Candidate appearing for a qualifying examination can also apply subject to submission of proof of requisite qualification by 7th October 2011.
No age limit.
Reservation : Seats are reserved as per Government of India rules. The reservations are subject to candidates meeting the admission requirement of the Institute under different categories.
For Foreign Nationals / NRI / Children of NRIs: Seats are reserved for foreign nationals, NRIs and children of NRIs and the admission is considered on the basis of General Management Aptitude Test (GMAT) score of which should not have been declared before 1st January 2009 and should be received by the Institute latest by 31st March 2011.
Mode of Admission : Selection will be on the basis of Written Test, Group Discussion, Essay Writing and Interview. Written Test will be held on SUNDAY 28th November 2010 during 10.00 a.m – 12.00 noon at Ahmedabad, Allahabad, Bangalore, Bhubeneshwar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Coimbatore, Dehradun, Delhi, Guwahati, Hydrabad, Indore, Jaipur, Jamshedpur, Kochi, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur and Visakhapatnam. Based on the marks of Written Test, a limited number of candidates will be invited for second phase of selection process comprising Group Discussion, Essay Writing and Interview to be held at Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow and Mumbai. IIFT reserves the right to add/delete any centre, if required.
Pattern of Admission Test : The admission test is a multiple choice objective type written test (in English).
Duration of the test is two hours and will cover English Comprehension, General Knowledge & Awareness, Logical Reasoning and Quantitative Analysis.

B.Ed Admission 2010 at Tamilnadu Open University, Chennai
The B.Ed. Distance Education Programme aims at enabling the in-service teachers to acquire appropriate knowledge, understanding and skills relating to modern methods of teaching/learning processes and develop a role-perception to play the role of a teacher effectively and efficiently as an agent of social change in the 21st century.
Eligibility : In-service teachers with a Bachelor’s degree in Tamil/ English/ Mathematics/ Physics/ Chemistry/Zoology/Botany/History /Geography/ Computer Science or a Post- Graduate degree in Economics/Commerce/Home Science.
At least 2 years of teaching experience serving in Schools in Tamil Nadu (Nursery/ Primary/ Secondary/ Higher Secondary/ Matriculation Schools) recognised by the Government of Tamil Nadu / Government of India alone are eligible to apply. AND, admission will be done based on the score obtained by the candidate in the Entrance Examination conducted by the TNOU all over Tamil Nadu.

Scheme of Entrance Examination : The following is the scheme of entrance examination:
i) The Entrance Examination will be for a duration of 2 hours and for a maximum of 100 marks with 100 questions.
ii) Questions will be of multiple-choice type. Optical Mark Reader (OMR) coding answer sheets will be supplied to the candidates.
iii) The Question paper will be divided into two parts A & B. Part A will test General English Comprehension, Logical and Analytical Reasoning , Educational and General Awareness and Teaching-Learning Practices in the School.
Date and Venue of Entrance Examinations : The Entrance Examination will be held in important cities and at 5 B.Ed Programme Study Centres in Tamil Nadu from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, 09.01.2005. Post Doctoral Fellowship at Indian Institute of Technology, Madras
It is proposed to offer a number of Institute Post-Doctoral Fellowships (PDF) at the Indian Institute of Technology Madras.(IIT Madras). It is a temporary research position which may be offered for those who seek to choose research as a profession. The research work during the post-doctoral period can be in areas that are of interest, both to the post-doctoral fellows and the Institute.(Institute henceforth refers to IIT Madras) The presence of the post-doctoral fellows at the Institute will further enhance the research culture and output of the Institute and help promote inter-disciplinary research. It is a transition phase which can also help a fresh doctorate transform into an independent researcher before taking up a research career.
Eligibility :
- Candidates with a Ph.D. Degree or who have submitted their theses for the Ph.D degree in appropriate disciplines and with consistently good academic record and research potential can apply for the PDF positions in any case within five years after completion of Ph.D.
- A detailed research proposal has to be submitted along with the application.
- At least two letters of recommendation/reference from peers regarding the research capabilities and other attributes of the applicant must be submitted along with the application.
- The candidates selected for the PDF will be pursuing independent research at the Institute. However, they will be attached to an appropriate Department depending on the post-doctoral research and will be associated with a faculty member of the department who will essentially perform the role of a collaborator.
- Candidates who obtained their doctoral degree from IIT Madras can also apply for the PDF. However, it is desirable that such candidates if selected will be associated with a faculty member other than their Ph.D supervisor/s.
Age Limit : The age limit for applicants for the PDFs will be maximum of 35 years (relaxable by 5 years for women and reserved category).
Duration: The duration of the fellowship will be initially for a period of 2 years, extendable for a further period of one more year based on the progress of the Post-Doctoral fellow and the recommendation of the Department.

Post Graduate Diploma in International Business for Young Managers ( PGDIB )
The Post Graduate Diploma in International Business for Young Managers is a programme specially designed to build a strong foundation in International Business Management and to provide options for specialization in focused functional areas. This program has been customized for the young managers with only a few years of work experience, especially those who would not like to leave their job and city.
