University Institute of Information Technology (UIIT), Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla-171005, has invited applications for admission to the four year B.Tech course in Information Technology.
The admission to the Programme will be based on an Entrance Test to be held at Shimla, Dharamshala, Chandigarh & Delhi on 28th June, 2009. There are 60 seats for the course.

Applicant should have passed 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics, securing 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) or equivalent Grade. Applications have also been invited for admission to the 6 seats through Lateral Entry, at the Institute. Eligibility: The candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree/Candidates pursuing their final year of graduation can also apply.
