Co-Operative Academy of Professional Education (CAPE) invites applications for admissions in the Co-operative Medical College, Kochi and in the following Engineering Colleges under the Co-operative Academy of Professional Education (CAPE) to the NRI quota seats for MBBS & B.Tech Degree Courses
Co-operative Medical College, Kochi (CMC)
College of Engineering, Perumon (PRN)
College of Engineering, Kidangoor (KGR)
Co-operative Institute of Technology, Vadakara (VDA)
College of Engineering, Thalassery (TLY)
College of Engineering, Thrikaripur (TKR)
College of Engineering and Management, Punnapra (PUN)
Eligibility will be the qualifications as prescribed in the prospectus for admission to professional degree courses issued by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE),
Kerala 2009/relevent Govt. orders/admission rules of CAPE which made applicable for
admission to NRI quota and subject to the regulations of the University where the college is
affiliated, and also subject to the rules relating to age limits and medical standards. The
candidate should be a child/ward/dependent of an NRI and he should enclose with the
application, a declaration from the NRI
Admission will be made by the Director of CAPE through a centralised process on the basis of merit arrived at with reference to the marks secured by the candidate in the qualifying examination. Interview memos will be sent to the eligible candidates concerned, under certificate of posting. The authorities cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of the memo, under any circumstances. The candidates are required to attend the interview accompanied by parent/guardian and shall produce all the original certificates/documents for verification at the time of Interview.
The Application Form obtained from any one of the above colleges/CAPE office at
Thiruvananthapuram/ downloaded from CAPE website/photocopy shall be used.
The completed application together with a registration fee of Rs. 1000/- for MBBS & Rs.600/-
for BTech by DD (drawn in favour of the Director, CAPE) payable at Thiruvananthapuram and with supporting documents should reach the DIRECTOR, CO-OPERATIVE ACADEMY OF PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION, 1st FLOOR, COBANK TOWERS, VIKAS BHAVAN PO,
THIRUVANANTHAPURAM-695033 not later than 15.6.2009
