Admission Notice 2009/MBBS, B.Sc Nursing , BOT, BPT, B.Sc MLT-Diploma in Nursing

Group A MBBS, B.Sc Nursing , BOT, BPT, B.Sc MLT-
Eligibility: +2 with English, physics, chemistry, biology or botany and zoology
Born or before 31.12.1992.

Group B- Diploma in Nursing-Eligibility: +2 with English, physics,chemistry, biology or botany and zoology or vocational Nursing.

Born between 30.09.1987 and 30.09.1992 (Age relaxable upto 35 years for those who have completed ANM/MPHW Training)

Diploma courses in Allied Health Science-Eligibility: +2 with science subjects-Anaesthasia, Tech.,Hand and Leprosy physiotherapy, optometry, critical care therapy, prosthetics and orthotics, hearing language and speech.

Radio diagonosis and Radio therapy born or before 15.07.1992.

Post Diploma: Hospital equipment maintenance, Hospital pharmacy practice.

Courses after Graduation

PG Diplomas: Neuclear medicine, Histo pathology lap tech, medical microbiology, medical virology, dialysis therapy, cardiac technology, Neuro electro physiology, perfusion technology, advanced resp.therapy, cytogenetics, applied molecular genetics methods, assisted reproductive technology, Health management, Hospital administration,Health economics policy and Financial Management, Clinical Pastoral Counselling, Clinical Pharmacy, Dietetics.

Degree BMRSc.

PG Degree : MSc in Biotechnology, Micro Biology, Epidemiology and Bio statistics

Diploma courses after Post Graduation: Fellowship in Hospital Administration

Age Limit: For all group B courses : between 17 and 45 years wherever not specifically mentioned.

1) Application forms can be obtained from 06.03.2009 at the selected Head Post Offices(Refer website for the list of post offices)
2) Download the admission bulletin from 02.03.09 and apply online at the website:home.cmcvellore.ac.in on or before 8th April 2009.
3) Application and prospectus are also available at the Office of the Registrar on payment of Rs.500/- from 04.03.2009.

(i) payable as a challan at any branch of the ICICI Bank in India, mentioned FC-CMC-V on the chalan or (ii) DD in favour of “CMC VELLORE ASSOCIATION” on any scheduled Bank payable at Vellore.

Last date for submission of the filled application form is 8th April, 2009.

Send the DD or Original chalan with a letter requesting for the prospectus and application 2009 to the office of the Registrar, CMC, Thorapadi P O, Vellore-632 002.
