Eligibility:
50% Marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics at 10+2 level.
Admissions merit based on AIEEE 2009 Rank.
Candidates with biology are eligible for B. Tech. (Bio. – Tech.)

Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Eligibility:
Graduation in any discipline with atleast 50% marks.
Admissions merit based on CAT/MAT Score

Admission Procedure:
The college will conduct admission Programmes in following three phases:

Phase I – Counseling only through merit based on AIEEE –2009 (All India Rank) for BTech programme and Composite MAT or CAT Score for MBA programme

Phase II - Physical counseling for unfilled seats with ON THE SPOT payment of Fees

Phase III - Counseling for Vacant Seats on First Come - First Served Basis with ON THE SPOT payment of Fees
.Phase II and/or Phase III will be conducted only if some vacant/unfilled seats are available
.Applications are invited for Phase I of the admission process. The application form is given in this Brochure or can also be downloaded from the College website

How To Apply:
. A total Fee of Rs. 750/- shall be charged for the Application Form, Admission Brochure and College Prospectus. No other fee is payable while submitting the completed application form.
. Those candidates, who submit the application after downloading the Application Form, will pay the requisite fee of Rs. 750/- along with the application
. Fee of Rs. 750/- may be paid either in cash or in the form of a demand draft drawn in favour of N.C College of Engineering and payable at Panipat.
. The fee of Rs. 750/- is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Submission of Application
Application Form must be submitted up to the last date specified in the Brochure (See Key Dates)
Form not completely filled up or application on plain paper will not be accepted.
Application Form will have to be submitted either at the Admission Cell of the College or at the Counseling Centers established in different cities
Application sent by post/ courier will be accepted only if it is received in the college up to the due date.
Application sent by fax/email or in any such form shall not be eligible to participate in the admission process.
On receiving the application form, the Counseling Centers shall specify an Id.No. and issue a receipt. It is in the interest of the candidate that a proper receipt is obtained, which will include the registered Id No. Please quote Application No or Id. No. for any communication/query regarding admission.
Incomplete application form, and/or unsigned, and/or without photograph, and/or without processing fee shall be considered as Invalid.
Candidates seeking admission to BTech programme in which admission is desired. A maximum of six choices (strictly in order of preference, for instance, choice one will be the first preference) can be listed in the application form. Once an application is submitted, no change in preference shall be permitted. The processing of an application for allotment of seats will be done in order of the specified preferences.
The key dates specified in the admission brochure for different activities may change at the discretion of the Admissions Committee. Changes, if any, shall be notified on the College website (www.ncce.edu).
