At present, four specializations are offered under the PG Diploma in Real Estate Management Program, which are:
Development
Marketing & Leasing
Finance & Investment
Valuation & Analysis

These courses examine in detail the breadth and depth of the various real estate disciplines—law, economics, market analysis, development, valuation, finance, and investment. Course topics range from analyzing and financing to managing and owning. Because the curriculum undergoes constant evaluation, our faculty members are empowered to address current concerns and issues in their courses, keeping you abreast of today's industry developments.
