Madurai Kamaraj University - M.Sc, MBA, MCA Admission 2010



Admission notification – 2010-11 (no R24/MKU/ADC/2010-2011)

Applications are invited for admission to the following courses offered by this university for the academic year 2010-11

M.Sc: Genomics, Microbial Genetechnology (MGT), Bio-chemical technology (BCT)

Selection procedure: Admission based on entrance test, seminar and interview

MBA (Master of business administration), MCA (Master of computer applications), MBA (Hospital administration)

Selection procedure: Admission based on entrance test, group discussion and interview

M.Sc: Sub-Aqua marine ecology and toxicogenomics (SAME and TG), Electronics and Instrumentation (E&I)

Post M.Sc: Advanced diploma course in plant genetic engineering (ADCPGE) (one year), DBT funded studentship Rs. 5000/- p.m.

Selection procedure: Admission based on entrance test only

All P.G. courses: Candidates should have studied under 10+2+3 or 10+1+4 pattern

Candidates who are undergoing the VI semester/III year (non-semester) of the course with or without arrears are eligible to apply

SC/ST candidates are exempted from the payment of registration fee for any one course only. For additional courses applied, registration fees should be paid

However, they have to send the xerox copy of the community certificate along with the application

Non-resident Indians and foreign nationals may also apply (separate quota is available)

Students should write their name, complete address and course for which applied in block letters on the reverse side of the demand draft
