Course Name: Post-Graduate Diploma in Management PGDM
Course Description: Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM)

Eligibility: To be eligible for admission to the PGDM Program, the participants must posses a Bachelors degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks or equivalent in any discipline, recognized by the Association of Indian Universities for admission to post-graduate programs. The bachelors' degree or equivalent qualification obtained by the candidate must entail a minimum of three years education after completing higher secondary schooling under the 10+2 system or equivalent. Candidates appearing in the final year of their bachelor's degree or equivalent are also eligible, provided they furnish the proof of having met the minimum eligibility criteria by September 30, 2011. Candidates who are unable to comply with this requirement may be asked to withdraw from the program. It is desired that candidates complete all academic requirements before joining the program to enable them to keep pace with the rigor and internal assessment schedule of the program.


How To Apply: Admission Procedure

Application form: IMI Brochure and Application Form can be acquired by one time payment of Rs. 1900/- for one program. An additional payment of Rs. 1000/- will be required for every additional programme through following means, within the datelines specified earlier:

· By cash payment from IMI Campus in New Delhi

· By post (enclosing demand draft or pay order drawn in favor of International Management Institute payable at New Delhi)

· On-line application can be accessed through www.imi.edu (payment by Credit Card/ Demand Draft in favor of International Management Institute, payable at New Delhi).


Applications, complete in all respects, should reach the Admissions Office of IMI on or before November 30, 2010. Incomplete forms are liable to be rejected summarily.



Test centres: Besides Delhi, the selection process is normally conducted at other centers including Bangalore, Bhubaneshwar, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, Mumbai, Nagpur & Trivandrum. Candidates should indicate their preferred center(s) for interview in the application form. If a candidate's preferred centre is not allotted, for any reason, the candidate will be informed of the change. IMI reserves the right to change any of the centers for the selection process, without assigning any reasons.

Candidates appearing in the final examination of Bachelor’s degree are also eligible provided they complete all the formalities for their examination before June 30, 2008 and furnish proof of having met the minimum eligibility criteria by September 30, 2008.

Course Name: PG Programme in International Management PGPIM
Course Description: Post Graduate Programme in International Management (PGPIM)

Eligibility: Graduates in the 10+2+3 system in any discipline recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (includes a large number of Indian as well as international degrees).

Post-degree experience of a minimum of 3 years.


Admission Procedure: Candidates will be required to take a written test administered by IMI to assess knowledge of Mathematics and English. This will be followed by an interview to assess suitability for benefitting from the course. International students under the Government of India Scholarship Programme will be interviewed at the Indian Embassy in their country. International fee paying students will have to submit GMAT and TOEFL scores.

How To Apply: Application forms are available across the counter on cash payment of Rs. 300/-only. Completed applications accompanied by a demand draft of Rs. 800/- in favour of INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT INSTITUTE, payable at New Delhi should reach IMI on or before May 2, 2007. The application form and information brochure can also be downloaded from the website. Those who have downloaded the form should enclose a demand draft of Rs.1100/- at the time of submission.
