Selection Procedure

The candidates will be admitted as per the merit list of the entrance examination and the allotment of the Universities will be done as per the preferences given vis-à-vis merit in the entrance examination. Request for change of University after the admission will not be entertained. In case of a tie in entrance examination marks it shall be resolved by applying the following criteria one after the other, till it is resolved:

1. First Criterion: The candidates with more positive marks in the entrance examination

2. Second Criterion: The candidates with less negative marks in the entrance

Reservations

Reservation as per the Government of India will be followed Gen – 6 OBC – 3 (Non Creamy Layer), SC - 2, ST – 1 for each University (Rules of interchangablity among SCs and STs are applicable, wherever necessary to fill up the number of vacancies) Scholarships. All the selected candidates will be eligible to receive scholarship of Rs. 5,000/- per month.
