2. Group Discussion - Those who qualify in the test are called for a group discussion. This is aimed at assessing overall behavior pattern, aptitude, and leadership qualities etc of the candidates.

3. Personal Interview - Group discussion is followed by a personal interview with a panel of experts to assess the communication skills, personality traits and overall suitability for a managerial career.
