form-cum-Prospectus can be obtained in person or by post from the
Director, Centre for Distance Education, Potti Sreeramulu Telugu University,
Nampally, Hyderabad-4 by submitting a DD taken from any nationalised
bank for Rs. 300/- in favour of the Registrar, Potti Sreeramulu Telugu
University, payable at Hyderabad. Send 30X22 cm self-addressed stamped cover
for Rs. 50/- to get the Prospectus-cum-Application form by post.
The last date to submit the
filled-in application form without late fee is 30.11.2012.
With Rs. 100/- late fee
31.12.2012.
