Health sciences campus, Kochi, Kerala invites Applications for Amrita Entrance Examinations-Medical (2009).

For admissions to MBBS/BDS/BAMS/B.Sc Nursing/B.Pharm

Eligibility:
MBBS/BDS/BAMS

Must have passed the Higher Secondary Examination or its equivalent.
The last two years of such study should includes physics , chemistry, Biology and English.
Should have secured not less than 60% in English and minimum of 60% of marks in aggregate for physics, chemistry and biology taken together.

Age: 17 years to be completed but not to exceed 23 (only for MBBS and BDS) as on 31.12.2009.

B.Sc (N), B.Pharm: same as above but 50% marks and maximum age 25 years as on 31.12.2009.(for B.Pharm-besides biology; maths, biotechnology or computer sciences also is acceptable )

Candidates who pass their higher secondary examinations from a syllabus other than CBSC or any Indian State syllabus should produce an Equivalence Certificate from The Association of Indian Universities, A.I.U House, 16 Comdr.Indrajit Gupta Marg (Kotla Marg), New Delhi-110002.

c) By downloading : Download from www.amrita.edu and send along with a DD for Rs.1310/- for MBBS/BDS/BAMS and Rs.660/- for B.Sc Nursing and B.Pharm.
d) Through post: Send a DD for Rs.1310/- for MBBS /BDS/BAMS and Rs.660/- for B.Sc Nursing / B.Pharm favouring “AMRITA VISHWA VIDHYAPEETHAM” payable at Kochi, address to The Admission Co-ordinator, Amrita School of Medicine, Health sciences campus, Elamakkara P O , Kochi-682 026.
