Admission to Ph. D Program - Walk in Interview on 29th July 2009Director, Institute of Microbial Technology (IMTECH), invites exceptionally motivated candidates who hav,e passed M. Sc. and cleared CSIR-UGC (NET), DBT-JRF examination (TV Category), or ICMR-JRF examination (NOJ THE NET LECTURERSHIP OR THOSE SELECTED FOR WORKING IN ICMR PROJECTS ONLY) to appear for a walk-in interview on July 29,2009 (Wednesday), (Reporting Time 9.00 a.m. to 12 noon) for pursuing doctoral research at IMTECH under the aegis of the Ph.D degree program being jointly run by IMTECH and the Jawaharlal Nehru University(JNU), New Delhi. IMTECH is a multidisciplinary institute with excellent research facilities, state of the art computer and library facilities, and faculty with interests in many different areas of modern biology and biotechnology.Those coming for interview must be prepared to be present in Chandigarh for three days, which is the approximate time required to finalize the admission of successful candidates.
