ADMISSION NOTIFICATION


Applications are invited for Admission to the following PHARMACY PROGRAMMES for the Academic Year 2008-2009.

01. Pharm. D. (6 Years Integrated)
Eligibility:
* A Pass in +2 Science (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology)
* A pass in D. Pharm from an Institution approved by PCI


02. Pharm. D (Post Baccalureate 3 Years Programme)
Eligibility:
A pass in B.Pharm from an institution approved by PCI (candidate will enter into IV year of Siz Year Integrated Programme)

03. B.Pharm
Eligibility:
1. A pass in H.Sc. Examination or an equivalent examination with a minimum aggregate of 50% of marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Botany and Zoology/ Mathematics/ Biotechnology/Computer Science.

For SC/ST candidates: A pass in D. Pharm Programme.

2. A pass in D. Pharm from an institution approved by PCI.

3. A pass in B.Sc. Degree in one attempt with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, Biotechnology and Computer Science subjects either at the plus two level or at the Graduate level.


04. D. Pharm
Eligibility:
1. A pass in H.Sc. Examination or an equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Botany and Zoolog/ Mathematics.

2. A pass in B.Sc. Degree Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Mathematics subjecs either at the plus two level or at the Graduate level.

PHARM. D : Rs.500/-
B.PHARM: Rs.400/-
D.PHARM: Rs.200/-

HOW TO APPLY:
Application form and Prospectus can be obtained form THE REGISTRAR, ANNAMALAI UNIVERSITY, ANNAMALAINAGAR-608002 from 08-09-2008 onwards on paymnet of prescribed fee noted above in person or by sending a Demand Draft obtained on or after 08-09-2008 drawn in favour of THE REGISTRAR, ANNAMALAI UNIVERSITY, ANNAMALAINAGAR from ANY BANK, payable at CHENNAI along with self addressed stamped thick Kraft envelope of size 30 cm x 24cm (stamps affixd to the value of Rs.30/-) with the name of the PRogramme for which the application is required should be superscribed boldly on the envelope. The Name of the Programme should be clearly indicated in the requisition letter. The Name and Adress of the Candidate and Programme for which the application is made should be clearly indicated on the back side of the Demand Draft also.
