Rs.500/- by DD or MO in favour of “Malabar Hotel Management & Catering Promotion Trust” payable at Calicut (Kozhikode) for Application Forms, VCD and prospectus. (Application forms can also be downloaded form their website and send it along with the demand draft for Rs.500/-)
