ADMISSION NOTICE

57th Short term Certificate Course in "Reprography"
(7th April., 2008 to 16th May 2008)

Objective: To train the trainee in the process of Reproduction of documents & manuscrips, in microfilming, handling of automated information storage, retrieval and dissemination.

Duration: 7th April, 2008 to 16th May, 2008

Educational Qualification: Second class graduate from a recognized university, preferably in science subject.

Age limit: Below 50 years for sponsored candidates. Below 30 years for private candidates.

Reservation: Seats are reserved for private candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/Persons with disbaility (PH) category as per Government orders applicable.

Relaxation in Age & Qualification: Qualification & age limit is relaxable in case of private candiates belong to SC/ST/OBC/Persons with diability (PH) category as per govt. orders applicable.

Registration fee: Application along-with attested copies of educational qualification and and Rs.100/- only through crossed Indian Postal Order/DD in favour of Administrative Officer, National Archives of India, Janpath, New Delhi be sent to the Director General of Archieves, National Archives of India, Janath, New Delhi 110001. Sponsored candidates should apply through proper channel.

Course Fee: Rs.300/- only, non refundable & to be paid at the time of admission.

Last Date: 29th February 2008.

Boarding & Loading: The school has no Boarding and Lodging facility.
