Advt. for Diploma Courses Admission - 28th May


Applications are invited for the following one year Diploma courses recognized by Rehabilitation Council of India.

1. DIPLOMA IN HEARING LANGUAGE AND SPEECH (DHLS)
Eligibility for Admission:
Candidates who have passed plus two level in any stream of subjects.
Who are above 17 years of age
Having working knowledge in English/ proficiency in regional language
Preference will be given to candidates from rural areas/ sponsored candidates.

2. DIPLOMA IN HEARING AID AND EAR MOULD TECHNOLOGY (DHA & ET)
Eligibility for Admission:
Students who have passed Plus 2 level with Physics background
Diploma in Electronics/ Electrical or ITI in Electronics/ Electrical/ Dental Technician course with a minimum of 45% of the aggregate (40$ in case of SC/ST)

3. DIPLOMA IN TRIANING YOUNG HEARING IMPAIRED CHILDREN (DTYHIC)
Eligibility for Admission:
Candidates who have passed plus two level or any equivalent
Preference will be give to (a) graduates, (b), 12th pass with training in Montessori/ kindergarten/ early childhood education (a) parents, siblings and family members of children with hearing impairment who satisfy the prescribed qualification.


Note:
Candidate who have appeared for the qualifying examination and awaiting results may also apply
There will be 20 seats for each of the Diploma courses (20 seats per study center* for DHLS Course).
Cost of application Form and Prospectus is Rs.150/- (Rs.100/- for SC/ST)
Rs.250/- will be paid as stipend for 10 months to all the students admitted.
