Continuous intgeractions witgh industry in the campus connect programmes provided 97% of placement, during 2007-08. Perhaps this ability of the college the realization of the need of the hour for its students, is the basic reason for institutions like HAL selecting Park College of engineering and technology as its training centre for its management trainees. Tamilnadu college of engineering was established in the year 1984 by two famous pioneering educationists chairman Thiru.T.N Palanisame and Sectretary and correspondent Dr.P.V.Ravi as the first self-financing engineering college of the state. Today after 25 years there is a strong alumni community of more than 10,000 Engineers in more than 40 countries worldwide working for 250 corporate and nearly a thousand entrepreneurs. Engineering education in India has redefined the landscape of work in India and the image of Indians in all other countries and their management is proud of achievements in contributing to this.
