Procedure for ‘Refund of token admission fee’ for all Technical Courses in State of Haryana
The candidate surrendering the seat allotted through online counseling shall fill in Online Refund application form available on the website www.hscs.org or www.hscs.in or www.hscs.net.in before final cut off date of all admissions for particular course as mentioned in ‘Key dates’.
The submission of Online Refund Application means the cancellation of seat (if allotted) to the candidate in the respective Institute and the candidate can’t claim the seat thereafter.
The Token Admission Fee may be refunded to the candidate, after a deduction of the processing fee of Rs. 1000/- as per procedure given below
• In the event of candidate withdrawing before the final cutoff date for that particular course, the token admission fee shall be refunded to the candidate, after a deduction of the processing fee of Rs. 1000/-
• After final cutoff date of admission for that course, no refund application would be entertained & processed and the token admission fee of the candidates will be forfeited.
• Once you successfully complete the Online Refund Process, you will receive Unique Refund ID (like) RF4f93e, which would be a Refund Receipt number

Kind attention: Admission Seekers to Technical Courses in the State of Haryana
Admission seekers to various technical courses (B.E./B.Tech, Lateral entry B.E./B.Tech, B.Pharmacy, Lateral entry to B.Pharmacy, MBA, MCA, BHM&CT, Diploma, Lateral entry Diploma) who are willing to participate in 2nd or 3rd counseling

1. Candidates who have already registered on http://www.tehadmissions.gov.in during 1st counseling are only eligible to participate in 2nd or 3rd counseling

2. Such registered candidates are required to be login on www.tehadmissions.gov.in using their user-ID and passwords (obtained earlier during registration for counseling on the same website)

3. On successful Login they will be shown their respective registration details for confirmation or for editing (in case of any mistake). Editing shall be possible at least 48 hours prior to cut off time for choice locking through HSCS by following a proper procedure.

Once any Registration detail is edited by HSCS, all the choices of the candidates filled earlier would be initialized/cancelled and it would be sole responsibility of the candidates to fill the choices again and also check that all choices are properly filled before locking, HSCS cannot be held responsible in these cases.

4. After confirmation of registration details, an undertaking shall be required to be ‘clicked’ by the candidate on the website that ‘I understand and accept that by participating in this counseling, my earlier admission/allotted seat if any will be cancelled automatically in case, I get new allotment in this counseling.’

5. On submission of this undertaking, the earlier choices, if any, which were submitted and saved by the candidates shall be made available to the candidate for modification, deletion, addition, reordering etc., if No choices were submitted earlier, candidate may submit new choices.

6. Such, finally modified/submitted choices will required to be saved/locked by the candidates for consideration in allotment of a seat in 2nd/3rd counseling

7. Above 5 steps are must to be followed by a candidate for appearing in the 2nd/3rd counseling, failing which candidate shall not be considered for 2nd/3rd counseling seat allotment

All technical institutes are once again advised that they should perform ‘Online Reporting of candidate’ in front of candidates and shall • not ask the candidate’s password • not retain their original certificates • not force the candidates to deposit any extra fees

Once the online reporting is complete by the Institute, they should compulsorily Lock their online reporting. Once locked, Institute would not be able to unlock it again, so Locking should be done only when their reporting is finally complete

Locking of Online reporting is to be done by the cut off time for ‘updation of vacancy position’ as mentioned in key dates of respective Admission Brochures to avoid any penalties.
