Applications have been invited by Kerala Agricultural University, Thrissur, Kerala for admission to the following Diploma & PG Diploma courses of the Academic Year 2013-14 at at College of Agriculture, K.A.U, Vellayani, Thiruvananthapuram and at Regional Agricultural Research Station, K.A.U, Pattambi, Palakkad (Dist.)

Courses and Eligibility:

1) PG Diploma in Solid Waste Management (1 year) -  B.Sc./M.Sc.Degree in Science subject/B.Tech.in Engg./B.Sc. (Ag.)

2) PG Diploma in Analytical Techniques in Soil Fertility and Crop Production (1 year)  - Graduate in any discipline with Science subjects for H.S.E    

3)  Diploma in Organic Agriculture (1 year)  -  Pass in Plus Two with Physics, Chemistry and Biology or equivalent qualification

4)  Diploma in Agricultural Sciences (2 years)  -  Pass in Plus Two with Physics, Chemistry and Biology or equivalent qualification

Application fee :  Rs. 300/- for General candidates & Rs. 150/- for SC / ST candidates

Mode of Payment : Fee may be remitted at any SBT Branch in the State to the SB Account No.57006546701 of the Comptroller, KAU maintained at SBT KAU Branch, Main Campus, Vellanikkara and the counterfoil of the remittance slip must be attached with the application form.

Applications are invited in the prescribed form for admission to B.Sc. Co-operation and Banking (C&B) course at College of Co-operation, Banking and Management, Vellanikkara for the year 2009-10.

Eligibility for admission: - Pass in Higher Secondary Examination of the Board of Higher Secondary Education, Kerala or examinations recognised equivalent there to with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks. A pass in the qualifying examination is enough in the case of SC/ST candidates.

Application fees of Rs.300/- for general category and Rs. 150/- for SC/ST category should be remitted as demand draft in favour of Comptroller, Kerala Agricultural University, Vellanikkara, Thrissur payable at State Bank of Travancore, KAU Branch along with filled in application form. No other mode of payment will be accepted.
