How to apply:
Download application Online at www.gitam.edu. The filled in application forms along with a DD for Rs.1000/-(Rs.600/- for female candidates) favouring of Gitam University,payble at Vishakhapatnam from any scheduled Bank, should be send to the Director-admissions, Gitam University, Vishakhapatnam-530045,A.P.
Obtain application form by post from Director – Admissions by sending a request on a plain paper giving candidate’s complete mailing address, along with DD for Rs.1100/-(Rs.700/- for female candidates) favouring of Gitam University payable at Vishakhapatnam from any scheduled Bank.
Get applications from the selected branches of Union Bank of India and Indian Bank(details on website).

Application Form & Information Brochure can be downloaded from website and filled in application can be submitted to the DIRECTOR - ADMISSIONS along with DD for Rs.1000/- for boys and Rs. 600/- for girls drawn in favour of GITAM University, VISAKHAPATNAM. Application Form can also be obtained from the Director - Admissions, by post by sending DD for Rs.1100/- for boys and Rs. 700/- for girls, along with a self addressed envelop.

The applicants can directly attend the admission tests on the scheduled dates at University campus. No further communication will be sent in this regard.

Test Centre : University Campus, Visakhapatnam.

Candidates with valid score of CAT/MAT/ATMA of 2007-08, will be exempted from GAT (PGM)-2008. Similarly Candidates with valid score of UGAT-2008 will be exempted from GAT (UGM)-2008. But the Candidates need to apply and appear for GD & PI.
