Applications are invited for Admission to Supervisory Course in "Operation & Maintenance of Chemical Plants" Commencing From 1st April 2008.

Duration: Six months institutional training followed by one month inplant training.

Qualification: Diploma in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or B.Sc with Chemistry as Pricipla subject. (Note-Preference will be given to B.Sc's with Chemistry, Physics & Maths) or National Apprenticeship Certificate in Chemical Trades. .O.C.P., M.M.C.P., I.M.C.P., AND L.A.C.P.

GENERAL INFORAMTION:
1. Tution Fees:
Candidates sponosred by the Govt. Institutions/ Organizations: NIL
Candidates sponsored by small scale industries/small organizations: Rs.30/- pm or part thereof.
Nominees of large and medium scle industries, (Public & Private Quasi Govt. organizations/Public Sector Undertakings/Corporation Boards/Councils/Registered Societies & Other Private organizations): Rs.100/- pm or part thereof.
Private candidates: Rs.30/- pm or part thereof.

2. Age: 18-40 years.
Preference will be given to candidates sponsored by industries. Reservation is provided to SC/ST and other categories as per instructions of the Government of India.

HOW TO APPLY : Candidtes desiring to seek admission may apply to the Director, Advanced Training Institute V.N.Purave Marg, Sion, Mumbai - 400 022. in prescribed application Forms obtained by depositing Rs. 25/- Registration fee for filled application Form is Rs. 50/- each. Cost of Bank application & Registration Fee total Rs.75/- for each application can be paid by Demand Draft (for postal transaction only) drawn in favour of "The Drawing & Disbursing officer, Advanced Training Institute, Sion, Mumbai" payable at Mumbai only & also enclose a self addressed unstamped envelope of size 11 cm x 25 cm. The Applicatin form can be downloaded from the website: www.atimumbai.gov.in for which cost of blank application & Registration fee is Rs.75/- to be paid by Demand Draft as state above. However applicant should ensure downloading of application form for "Supervisory Course in OMCP" correctly failing which application will be rejected.
