Faculty of Sciences: Life Sciences, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Sociology, Electronics and Computer Science

Faculty of Arts and Humanities: English, Maths, Economics, Commerce, Social Work, and Management

Faculty of Engineering: Civil, Mechanical, ECE, EEE and CSE


* Part-Time Ph.D. and M.Phil Disciplines

In all the above mentioned Full Time disciplines. However opportunities are available in other areas also for registration thorugh external guides in their fields of expertise.


MINIMUM DURATION:

M.Phil Full-Time: 1 year; Part-Time: 2 years
Ph.D. Full-Time: 2 years; Part-Time: 3 years
(For M.Phil and ME Qualified)
Full-Time: 3 years; Part-Time: 4 years
(For Masters Degree qualified in Non-Engg.)

ELIGIBILITY:
Master's Degree in the respective discipline

NOTE TO Ph.D. Supervisors/ Guides

All existing Ph.D. Supervisors are eligible to register as external guide in their university.
