ADMISSION NOTIFICATION - 2008 for PG program at EMRI

Applications in the prescribed form are invited for Entrance Examination for admission into 2-year Post Graduate Program in Emergency Care (PGPEC) at Emergency Management and Research Institute (EMRI), Secunderabad for the academic year 2008-2010 from the candidates. PGPEC is a joint Stanford University School of Medicine, USA - EMRI academic activity.

Eligibility: Bachelor Degree in Life Sciences (B.Sc.– B.Z.C.); Bachelors Degree in Nursing, Physiotherapy or Allied Health Sciences.

Post Graduate Program in Emergency Care Entrance Examination (PGPECEE 2008):
An all-India examination to test the preparedness of the applicants will be held on 15th June, 2008. The examination will be held at Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam and Ahmedabad. Additional centres will be identified based on the number of applications from other regions. Separate question papers will be used for candidates with Life Science background and Allied Health Sciences.

Admission Procedure:
Admission to PG program in Emergency Care will be on the basis of the performance in the Post Graduate Program in Emergency Care Entrance Examination (PGPECEE 2008) and Interview.

HOW TO APPLY
Apply Online in web site www.emri.in/edu (or) Download the application form (pdf) and send duly filled application by Registered post/courier addressed to The Coordinator, PGPEC, Emergency Management and Research Institute, Devar Yamzal, Medchal Road, Secunderabad – 500 014. Andhra Pradesh, India. The Examination fee may be paid by Demand Draft/IPO in favour of “EMRI” payable at Hyderabad.

The filled-in applications should reach EMRI either in person or by registered post / courier on or before 6pm on 30th May, 2008.
