Admission to MCA Programme 2009.
ER and DCI Institute of Technology Affiliated to Cochin University of Science and Technology and approved by AICTE , New Delhi Offers Admissions to the 3 year MCA Programme through the Common Admission Test (CAT) conducted by Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT).
Eligibility: Any Graduate with Mathematics and one of the Main or Subsidiary subjects or Graduate in Electronics/Computer Science/computer applications/Engineering/Technology with aggregate 55% of marks in all subjects other than languages and humanities. Number of seats – 60, 50% of merit seats and 50% of Management seats
Selection:
The Admission to All seats are by merit, based on marks scored in the CAT Test. There will be no separate Entrance Examination conducted by ER and DCI IT for admission to its MCA Programme. The MCA Offered by ER and DCI IT has the added attraction of specialized value added training in advanced software technologies.

Tamil Nadu common entrance test (TANCET) 2009 for Admissions to MBA/MCA/ME/M.Tech/M.Arch. and M.Plan Degrees programmes for Academic Year 2009-2010 will be held on May 30 and 31 at Chennai, Coimbatore, Chidambaram, Dindigul, Erode, Karaikudi, Madurai, Nagercoil, Salem, Thanjavore, Tirunelveli, Tiruchi, Vellore, Villupuram and Viruthunagar .
In a Press release, TANCET Secretary stated on Thursday that detailed Notification would be published in dailies and on Anna University website www.annauniv.edu in due course.
