The University, in the academic year 1995-96, entered into the field of offering distance education to cater to the needs of the student community. It serves the citizens who have been denied the opportunity to continue their studies earlier. The programmes offered by the Directorate are innovative and job-oriented. The programmes such as MBA General with four specialization in Marketing, Finance, International Business & Human Resource Management are some of the very emerging programmes to be launched through Distance mode.The curriculum of the programmes have been designed in such a way so that the course content is the most up-to-date and stimulates every aspiring manager to enroll.Its uniqueness lies in the Personal Contact Programmes which are conducted regularly and systematically for all the programmes. Experienced Faculty from various Universities/Industries is drawn to deliver lectures so that the target audience receives the maximum benefit and derive academic inputs from these Personal Contact Programmes.At the end of every Personal Contact Programme, the students are asked to evaluate and give a feed back on the Programme conducted so that an objective assessment of the programmes is made. Course materials are prepared assiduously by experienced Faculty who has made a mark in their area of specializations.The Directorate has opened Personal Contact Programme centres in some important cities spread throughout the length and breadth of this country, starting from Kashmir to Kanyakumari. Some of the remote centres are Jammu, Port Blair and Guwahati. These centres have been chosen in such a way that the student community throughout the country is given ample opportunity to improve their academic credentials and job prospects.Distance learning programmes offered by the Directorate :Admission is open to persons all over India. The medium of instruction for all programmes except Tamil and Hindi is English only. Personal Contact Programme Classes (PCP) is compulsory. The MBA programmes alone are run on semester pattern. Regional Institute of Education (RIE) Bhopal invites applications in the prescribed proforma from candidates belonging to the states of Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa and the Union Territories of Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nager Haveli for admission to the 4-year (integrated) B.A. B.Ed. course.
Eligibility Conditions: i) Candidates must have passed higher secondary/sr. secondary or equivalent examination in the year 2009 with at least 45% marks in aggregate (a relaxation of 5% for SC/ST candidates).ii) Candidates must have passed in the following subjects:(a) Any one of the languages: Hindi, English, Urdu, Marathi and Gujarati;(b) History or Geography; and (c) Economics or Political Science.Reservation: 15% for SC, 7.5% for ST, 27% for OBC and 3% for Physically Handicapped candidates. Procedure for ‘Refund of token admission fee’ for all Technical Courses in State of Haryana
The candidate surrendering the seat allotted through online counseling shall fill in Online Refund application form available on the website www.hscs.org or www.hscs.in or www.hscs.net.in before final cut off date of all admissions for particular course as mentioned in ‘Key dates’.
The submission of Online Refund Application means the cancellation of seat (if allotted) to the candidate in the respective Institute and the candidate can’t claim the seat thereafter.
The Token Admission Fee may be refunded to the candidate, after a deduction of the processing fee of Rs. 1000/- as per procedure given below
• In the event of candidate withdrawing before the final cutoff date for that particular course, the token admission fee shall be refunded to the candidate, after a deduction of the processing fee of Rs. 1000/-
• After final cutoff date of admission for that course, no refund application would be entertained & processed and the token admission fee of the candidates will be forfeited.
• Once you successfully complete the Online Refund Process, you will receive Unique Refund ID (like) RF4f93e, which would be a Refund Receipt number
