The Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is a two year full time programme. It is approved by AICTE, Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India. The programme is built upon a trimester system, which provides students a sound understanding of management theory and practice across the range of business management disciplines. The programme is designed to allow students to choose functional areas of Business Management such as Marketing, HR, Finance, Operation Management and IT in their final year of study. PGDM programme attempts to prepare global leaders who create, manage and lead effective change across diverse organizations.

Programme Structure: In the first year students learn the ability to communicate, analyze situations and take decisions using qualitative and quantitative factors, develop a holistic view of different functional areas and the business environment besides studying courses in general management and major functional areas. In the second year the students take elective/operational courses and can specialize in the functional areas of their choice, with advanced papers on strategic management. The theory papers are supplemented with case-studies, minor projects, exercises etc. to develop the study to conduct research.
Eligibility: A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in any discipline from a recognized Indian or Foreign University with minimum 50% marks. Candidates in the final year of Bachelor’s degree can also apply. They should have appeared in any one of CAT/MAT/ XAT/ATMA/BMAT/e-CAT/CMAT or any other All India or State level Aptitude Test.

Selection Procedure: Applicants who qualify the cut off marks of the above entrance test will be called to appear for a group discussion and an interview for the final selection.

Direct Admission: Foreign Nationals, NRI’s and company’s sponsored candidates may be exempted from entrance test and can apply for direct admission under management quota.

Scholarship :
1. 95% & above MAT score : 25% of first year tuition fee.

Executive Masters Programme in Business Administration (Ex-MBA) Admission 2010

This is a fast track programme. Designed to provide deeper business insight to the working professionals and enhance their analytical skills. The focus of the programme is to enable participants to capture and conceptualise their experiential learning.

Eligibility:
* Candidates applying for admission to the Post Graduate Programme should fulfill the following eligibility conditions:

Entrance test would be conducted on 14.06.2009 at 3.00 PM at the following Centers:


Allahabad, Bhopal, Bikaner, Chandigarh, Delhi, Ghazizbad, Guwahati, Jaipur, Kanpur, Kolkata, Lakshmangarh, Lucknow, Meerut, Patna, Ranchi, Udaipur. The Institute reserves its right to change the Centers, if warranted.


First Admissions would be made under General Quota based upon the Institute's MCA Entrance Test.
After the Test at the Centre, the selected candidates would be either offered admission or put on waiting list. If all the seats under General Quota are not filled at the Centers, then admission would be offered to candidates kept in waiting list. The remaining vacancy in General Quota, if any and seatsunder Management Quota would be filled on merit from the candidates having rank in State Level Entrance Examination up to a cut-of-line to be announced before the first counseling.


The selected candidates with confirmed admission offer at the centers of Institute's MCA Entrance Tests would be asked to deposit non-refundable commitment fees of Rs. 10,000/- and would be asked to report on a specified date at Lakshmangarh for formal admission and start of class work.
