Eligibility Conditions: i) Candidates must have passed higher secondary/sr. secondary or equivalent examination in the year 2009 with at least 45% marks in aggregate (a relaxation of 5% for SC/ST candidates).ii) Candidates must have passed in the following subjects:(a) Any one of the languages: Hindi, English, Urdu, Marathi and Gujarati;(b) History or Geography; and (c) Economics or Political Science.Reservation: 15% for SC, 7.5% for ST, 27% for OBC and 3% for Physically Handicapped candidates. Procedure for ‘Refund of token admission fee’ for all Technical Courses in State of Haryana
The candidate surrendering the seat allotted through online counseling shall fill in Online Refund application form available on the website www.hscs.org or www.hscs.in or www.hscs.net.in before final cut off date of all admissions for particular course as mentioned in ‘Key dates’.
The submission of Online Refund Application means the cancellation of seat (if allotted) to the candidate in the respective Institute and the candidate can’t claim the seat thereafter.
The Token Admission Fee may be refunded to the candidate, after a deduction of the processing fee of Rs. 1000/- as per procedure given below
• In the event of candidate withdrawing before the final cutoff date for that particular course, the token admission fee shall be refunded to the candidate, after a deduction of the processing fee of Rs. 1000/-
• After final cutoff date of admission for that course, no refund application would be entertained & processed and the token admission fee of the candidates will be forfeited.
• Once you successfully complete the Online Refund Process, you will receive Unique Refund ID (like) RF4f93e, which would be a Refund Receipt number
