Post M.Sc. Diploma in Radiological Physics Admission 2010 at Osmania University, Hyderabad

This course is offered at Department of Physics, Osmania University in collaboration with MNJ Institute of Oncology & Regional Cancer Center and Indo–American Cancer Centre, Hyderabad.

Eligibility: Candidates who have passed or appeared in final year of M.Sc. in Physics/Nuclear Physics or an equivalent course with at least 55% marks are eligible.

Duration : 2 Semesters (one year) + 3 months of internship / field training

Entrance Test: Admissions into Post M.Sc. Diploma in Radiological Physics is made on the basis of entrance test conducted for that purpose. The entrance test paper contains multiple choice objective type questions only and the answers for the questions are to be marked on the OPTICAL MARK READER (OMR) answer sheet by DARKENING the respective ovals with a H.B. Organisers : Organized by Atmachetna – an organization focused on parenting. Atmachetna came into existence to bring much needed clarity in parent-child relationships and help parents understand their kids better and also help teens understand their parents well ; thereby leading to happy families.

Registration: The conference is limited to 250 participants per day. We would prefer a healthy mix of parents, teachers, school leaders, experts and policy makers for effective discussions.Preference would be given to parents. A*STAR India Youth Scholarship 2010 at Ministry of Education, Singapore

The A*STAR India Youth Scholarship is tenable for 4 years leading to the award of the Singapore-Cambridge General Certificate of Education ‘Advanced’ (GCE ‘A’) Level (or equivalent) certificate. The Scholarship is for studies in selected Singapore schools from Secondary Three to Pre-University Two and is renewed annually, subject to the satisfactory performance of the scholar.

Eligibility: Students who meet the following criteria are invited to apply for the scholarship:
* Nationals of India
* Born between 1994 and 1996
* Completed Standard 8 in the Year 2010
Possess outstanding academic track record (at least an average of 80% with English as first language in the Standard 7 and 8 school examinations
Possess a high level of oral and written competency in English.
Important Dates:
Application Period : 1 June to 15 July 2010
Selection Test : End August to early September 2010
Selection Interview : End October to early November 2010
Award of Scholarship : Mid to late November 2010
Arrival of Scholar in Singapore : Late December 2010
