As per the direction of Hon’ble High Court UP Unaided Medical Colleges Welfare Association is conducting 3rd (from 2006) UP Combined Medical Entrance Test (UPCMET) – 2008 for admission to MBBS 1st Year for Academic year 2008-2009 in Unaided Medical Colleges of Uttar Pradesh.

Date of Entrance Test: 31st May 2008 (Sat)
Sale of Information Brochure: 18th February, 2008
Last Date of Submission: 21st April 2008 (Mon)

ELIGIBILITY to appear in UPCMET – 2008:
* Candidates must have passed 10+2 LEVEL EXAMINATION OF UP BOARD/ISC/CBSE or its equivalent from any recognized Board/University with English as a subject. Securing minimum 50% (40% in case of SC/ST/OBC) marks on average in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, (including practical examination) taken together. Candidates appearing in 10+2 examination of 2008 are also eligible.
* Candidates should have completed 17 years of age and not crossed 25 years as on 31st December 2008.
* Reservation as per Government Order.

VENUE OF EXAMINATION: At 9 Major cities of U.P. alongwith Delhi and Chandigarh.

Sale of information brochure will be thorugh main branch of Oriental Bank of Commerce on cash payment of Rs. 1000/- or it can be had from Regd. Office 1st Floor, Anand Ashram Complex, Rampur Garden, Bareilly – 243001. UP (India)/ Pariticipating Colleges against DD/Cash of Rs.1050/-.
