PROGRAMS AT IICM
1 Year: Post Graduate Diploma in CruiseShip Hospitality Management
2 Years: Diploma in CruiseShip Hospitality Management Program
3 Months: Advanced Specialization in Culinary Arts - Italian, French, Patisserie, Continental & International Cuisnes.
3 Months: Advanced Specialization in Food & Beverage Management.
3 Months: Advanced Specialization in Guest Services.
3 Months: Advanced Certification in CruiseShip Hospitality Management.

Eligibility:
For the PG Program : BHM, BSC or 3yrs Diploma in Hotel Management.
For the Advanced Specialisation Program: Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management with relevant Hotel Experience (Minimum 1 year).
For 2 yrs Diploma in CruiseShip Hospitality Management Program : Intermediate / 10+2 with minimum experience.

Admission Process:
PG Program:
1. The student has to qualify in the Common Entrance Exam which will be conducted by IICM. The exam consists of General Knowledge, General English, Test of reasoning with numeral ability, Food & Beverage overview and general accounting. The exam will be conducted in selected cities by giving admission notification in all leading news papers in India.
2. The student has to attend a group discussion session followed by personal interview, where the candidate will be evaluated by the selection committee.
NOTE : Mere qualifying in the Entrance Exam does not entitle the student for admission into the PG program.

Advanced Specialisation Program:
1. The student must have scored an overall minimum of 55% marks in their inter / 10+2 / equivalent examination followed by a Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management with an over all score of 55% and relevant Hotel Experience (Minimum 1 year).
2. The student has to attend the personal interview, where the candidate will be evaluated by the selection committee.

2 yrs Diploma Program:
1. The student must have scored an overall minimum of 55% marks in their inter / 10+2 / equivalent examination.

Maximum Intake : 30 Students in the PG Program per location; 25 Students in each Advanced Course per location; 100 Students in 2 yrs Diploma Program.

Reservations And Quotas:
1. Reservation for SC, ST and BC's as per the prevailing orders of the educational boards.
2. 10 Seats are reserved for Management Quota.

CruiseShip Hospitality Management:
This program is designed to provide the student with the knowledge and skills for employment in the hospitality industry. A combination of theoretical and practical training is utilized to best prepare the student for entry-level positions or continued career development within the hospitality industry. This Program prepares the student for entry-level positions leading to a variety of jobs such as Assistant Department Manager, Assistant Manager of Food & Beverage, Catering Assistant Manager, Assistant Manager of Sales, etc.

Culinary Arts:
This program is designed to provide the student with the knowledge and skills necessary for entry-level employment in Professional Food & Beverage Management.This Program prepares the student for hospitality positions such as Sous Chef's, CDP's, Station Heads, Commis, Assistant Cooks & Cooks.

Food & Beverage Management:
This program is designed to provide the student with the knowledge and skills necessary for entry-level employment in Professional Food & Beverage Management.This Program prepares the student for hospitality positions such as Head Waiters, Waiters, Assistant Waiters, Bar Servers, Bar Tenders, Bar Supervisors etc.

Guest Service Management:
This program is designed to provide the student with the knowledge and skills for employment in an entry-level position. A combination of theoretical and practical training is utilized to best prepare the student for career development within the industry. This Program prepares the student for hospitality positions such as Administrative Assistant, Cashier, Room Service Assistant, Food & Beverage Assistant, Guest Services Operations, Sales Assistant, Housekeeping supervisor, housekeepers, etc.

CruiseShip Hospitality Management:
ast Track training will be given in all the Hospitality areas. No cruise ship job assistance provided as this is only a certification program.
