The M.Sc. (Informatics) programme focuses on convergence of computer & telecommunication, IIC graduates have been well placed in leading IT industry.

Admission criterion:

Objective type written test followed by interview and group discussion.

Eligibility:

Appeared/Passed in any of the following degrees or equivalent qualification from a recognized university/institution with at least 50% (45% for SC/ST) marks in aggregate.

1.Bachelor..Degree under 10+2+3 scheme

(B.Sc/B.Sc (H)/B , ApplSc.) in physical science/chemical science/Electronics sciences/Mathematical science/computer science/ any combination of subjects with at least two from these disciplines.

2. B.E./B.Tech. Degree in any discipline.

How to apply:

Information bulletin and application form can be obtained between 10.00 am to 4.00 pm from IIC, UDSC, New Delhi-110021, only against a demand draft of Rs.600/-(for general category) and Rs.350/- (for reserve category) in favour of Director UDSC payable at the SBI, New Delhi (code no.7687) Add Rs.50/- extra in case of postal requisition. Application form can also be downloaded from our website: www.iic.ac.in and can be sent along with the demand draft of prescribed fee.

Requisition for the application form by posts : 27th December 2008
Sale of application forms the counter : 17th January 2009
Receipt of duly completed forms
(both by registered post or in person) : 17th January 2009

Date of Entrance Examination: Ist February 2009 (/Sunday)

Test centre: Delhi, Kolkatta, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bangalore and Lucknow.

Note: University reserves the right to cancel any centre outside Delhi.
