C-DAC, Hyderabad is conducting a two-week training programme to engineering college faculties in the advanced areas of IT for ‘Manpower Development for the IT industry’ under the initiative of HRD Division, Department of Information Technology, Government of India
Courses offered

. Think Parallel: Hands on with Embedded Multicore Programming (Start date 24th August 2009)

. Web Services and SOA (start date 24th August, 2009)

. Linux System and Kernel Programming (start date 7th September 2009)

. Core Java (start date 7th September, 2009)

. Network Programming and Security Engineering (start date 5th October, 2009)

. Enterprise Solutions for Web Applications (start date 5th October, 2009)

. Hands on with ARM: Programming Embedded Systems (Batch I – 19th October, 2009 and Batch II – 17th November 2009)

. System Design using FPGA (start date 7th Dec 2009)

Faculties from Engineering Colleges teaching in the areas of ECE, EEE, E&I, MCA, Computer Science and Information Technology are eligible to attend these training programs.

Shared accommodation and travel allowance for outstation participants will be provided by C-DAC, Hyderabad
