M.B.A Admission Procedure 2008-2010

Eligibility Conditions:
Candidates should possess any UG degree by a recognized university with a minimum of 50%Applicants who seek admission must have valid recent MAT score, Conducted by All India Management Association (For Management Seats).

Application form:
1. The application form for applying M.B.A program can be down loaded(in 8 ½ x 14 inches white sheet only) from the website: www.dgvcmba.com and the same (application form) can be had on payment of Rs.600 by DD from the college office.
2. Duly filled up application should be submitted at the college along with a demand draft for Rs.600/- (Rupees six hundred only), favoring, “School of Management D.G.Vaishnav College, Chennai”, in the case of downloading from website.
3. Duly filled application forms can be submitted in person at the college, or by registered post with acknowledgement due(RPAD).
4. Application form must be in the prescribed format only.
5. Wrongly filled/incomplete application form will not be considered.

Selection Process:
1. The admission committee will make preliminary evaluation of the application. Eligible candidates will be called for Group Discussion and final interview.
2. Group discussion (Date will be informed by post).
3. Personal Interview (Date will be informed by post).
4. Selected students alone will be intimated by post to the address provided in the application form.

The following enclosures should be submitted along with duly filled application:
1. Demand draft for Rs.600/- (Rupees six hundred only) favoring “SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT D.G.VAISHNAV COLLEGE, Chennai.” Two recent passport size photographs.
2. Photocopy of three years mark sheets duly attested by a gazetted officer.
3. (if the candidate is still awaiting results, he /she should produce the final year mark sheet before admission.)
4. Photocopy of score cards of TANCET 2008/ any other entrance examination prescribed by Government of Tamilnadu (for
