The Common Prospectus can be obtained w.e.f. 25th April, 2008 from all the Regional Centres of IGNOU or from the Registrar (SR&E), Block-3 (Room No-1) IGNOU, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi-110068, in person , on payment of Rs.100/- in cash or through post by sending an IPO or Demand Draft of Rs.150/- drawn in favour of IGNOUR payable at the city of the Regional Centre located/ New Delhi from where prospectus is required.

However, an electronic version of the Prospectus is available at IGNOU website at www.ignou.ac.in. Application form can be downloaded from the website w.e.f. 15th April, 2008 and submitted along with DD for Rs.100/- in addition to the programme fee.

Application forms can also be submitted online through the University Website.

Sale of Common Prospectus will commence form 25th April, 2008 at Regional Centres & Headquarters.

Submission of filled in application forms at concerned Regional Centre
For July, 2008 Session: 15th April to 15th May (without late fee) 16th May to 31st May (with late fee of Rs.200/-)

For January, 2009 Session: 2nd June to 31st October (without late fee) 1st November to 30th November (with late fee of Rs.200/-)
