Kochi International Business School( KIBS)

INTERNATIONAL MBA

The Kochi International Business School aspires to be at the forefront of business higher education in India by setting the benchmark for the effective integration of teaching, cutting-edge research, executive education and consulting.

ELIGIBILITY

· Undergraduate degree (BSc, BA, BBA, BCom, B.Eng, etc.) with at least a credit grade point average (GPA) or equivalent percentile marks
· Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT) /Common Admission Test (CAT) / Management Aptitude Test (MAT) (there is no minimum GMAT/CAT/MAT score but, as the application process is competitive, prospective students with higher scores are more likely to be successful).

At Kochi International Business School, we have found that personal interviews also help us to better understand candidates. The feedback from interviews helps to confirm the impressions we have gained from reading the written application and may contribute new information not captured easily on paper.

All interviews are by invitation only. Candidates invited to interview have been reviewed and are considered competitive for admission. We do not have resources to interview every applicant to the International MBA Program, but we will interview every candidate who we anticipate will be offered admission to the class. We expect to interview between 150 and 200 applicants this year.

The interview focuses on you and your actions rather than on hypothetical situations, with questions related to the behaviours, skills, and attitudes we believe characterise good citizens of the Kochi International Business School community. We ask you what you’ve learned about yourself by reflecting on your experiences, and what insights they provide in terms of leading people and managing situations. You should take advantage of this opportunity to think about the people, situations, and events that have shaped you –you may be surprised by the many ways you’ve demonstrated your leadership qualities throughout your life;.

We want the interview to be mutually informative, so that you to learn more about Kochi International Business School just as we learn more about you. If you are invited to interview, the International MBA Admissions Office will contact you via email or phone. Please do not call or contact our office to request an interview. Please also note that we do not provide interview feedback.
