The programme follows a trimester system. The first year consists of compulsory foundation courses. The second year consists of a few compulsory courses and several elective courses. The summer project is scheduled at the end of the first year. The programme offers major and minor specializations in the second year. The important themes running across courses are: Internationalism, Ethics and Information Technology. The MBA degree of the University is recognized as equivalent to MBA degree of any other Indian University.

Eligibility : A three-year bachelor’s degree (10+2+3) or equivalent in any discipline from a recognised university with atleast 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA. Students appearing in the final examination of a bachelor’s degree can also apply.

Duration : 2 Years
Credit Requirements : Total 102 Credit Hours
Summer Project Duration : 8-10 Weeks
Pedagogy : The courses are delivered through a slew of modern teaching techniques such as case Study Method, Lecture Method, Seminars, Field Visits, Group Projects, Role-Playing, Experiential Learning and Simulated Exercises to give the students an opportunity to learn by doing. The actual mix varies with the nature of a course. This requires students to play an active role in the class sessions.

Selection Procedure : The selection procedure for admission consists of two steps :
Written Test : Applicants for the full-time programme are required to appear for the Common Admission Test (CAT-2010) conducted by the IIMs.
Group Discussion and Personal Interview : Candidates short-listed on the basis of their performance in the written test will be called for group discussion and personal interview. The group discussion/personal interview will be held at Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Kolkata, and New Delhi. The final selection to the programme would be based on the candidate’s performance in the written test, group discussion, personal interview and work experience.

Admission Procedure: The candidates can also download application from the website and send the filled-in application form along with a DD for Rs.1500/-. NRI/NRI. Sponsored/Foreign Students/Person of Indian Origin (PIO)/Gulf Countries and South East Asia Candidates should enclose a bank draft of US$ 75 or Rs. 3500/- along with the completed application form in addition to the regular application fee of Rs. 1500/- or US$ 25.
