Course:
MBA (Full Time) – Intake 60 – Duration 2 yrs. Affiliated to M.G.University, Kottayam and approved by AICTE. Classes to start from the month of June

Eligibility:
A Pass in any bachelor's degree examination of the Mahatma Gandhi University or any equivalent degree of any other University duly recognized, by the M.G.University with not less than 50% marks in aggregate, ie, in all parts of examination, for arts and commerce degrees, and 55% for all other degree candidates or 50% marks in aggregate in a Master's Degree Examination of M.G.University or of any other University recognized by the M.G.University. Final year degree students may also apply. The candidates belonging to the SC/ST communities shall be eligible for a concession of marks upto 5% in the aggregate to determine their eligibility.

Admission Procedure:
Admission to the MBA programme is on the basis of merit as determined by the scores obtained by the candidate in the admission test, group discussion and personal interview in the proportion given below.
70% - Admission Test
15% - Group Discussion
15% - Interview

Selection Procedure:
Selection of the candidates for admission to the programme will be made on the basis of two phases.
Phase 1: The candidates have to appear in Management Aptitude Test (MAT) conducted by AIMA in September/December 2007 and February 2008. Information regarding MAT Bulletin with application form can be obtained from www.aima-ind.org
Phase 2: The applicant should also obtain separate application form and prospectus from Bharata Mata Institute of Management, Thrikkakara on payment of Rs.300/- in cash. Those who would like to get the application by post may send a D.D. for Rs.350/- drawn in favour of Director, Bharata Mata Institute of Management, payable at Ernakulam. The application can also be downloaded from their website (www.bmim.org) and may apply to the institute with the required documents. Application forms can also be obtained directly from selected branches of Catholic Syrian Bank all over India.

The candidate short-listed on the basis of MAT score will be called for Group Discussion and Interview. Those who have taken previous MAT can also apply with a photocopy of the MAT score card.

Bharata Mata Institute of Management (BMIM) is owned and managed by the Archdiocese of Ernakulam, Angamaly. BMIM is on the BMC Campus which was established in 1965 by His Eminence the Late Joseph Cardinal Parecattil. The MBA program is affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University and is approved by AICTE.
